‘I am feeling confident about hosting my very own theme evening in Roots Restaurant on November 10th. The theme is based around Bonfire Night and I have chosen the name Knives and Fawkes.
I feel that working at the Assheton Arms since I was 14 years old has helped me to prepare for this, I am already thinking about all the preparation and really looking forward to taking full control of the kitchen.’
