Maximillo’s Pizza Making Masterclass

Students from Accrington & Rossendale College’s Hospitality & Catering Department where given an insight into how to make the perfect pizza when Neapolitan and professional master pizza chef Massimiliano Burzio came to College to give a pizza making masterclass.

A member of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association and owner of Vesuvio Take Away in Clitheroe, Massimiliano (more commonly known as Max) came into College and demonstrated how to make an authentic Italian pizza.

Max started by showing the class how you stretch and shape your dough, before getting students to create their own pizza’s from scratch.
