We’re Tom and Rafa, owner and Head Chef of Roots, but more importantly, the two people who have been creating this restaurant together from the very beginning.

We bring different things to Roots, but we’ve always shared the same vision: to create something really special here in Great Yarmouth.

We believe in this town. We want local people to be proud of what we’re creating, and we’d love for Roots to become somewhere people actually travel to Great Yarmouth to experience.

We’re still on that journey, and we’ll never stop trying to make it better.

But we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited about where we’re going.
