Three courses £12.95 including amuse-bouche and coffee, side dishes £1.75 per dish

Amuse-bouche

Starters

  • Jerusalem artichoke veloute, truffle oil
  • Lamb breast fritter, mint yoghurt
  • Twice baked goats cheese soufflé, beetroot compote (v)

Mains

  • Beef bourguignon, suet pudding, red wine sauce
  • Chicken leg ballontine, truffle and mushroom mousse
  • Baked queenie scallops, garlic butter, gruyere cheese
  • Pearl barley and beetroot risotto, goats cheese (v)

Desserts

  • Lemon tart, raspberry coulis
  • Steamed chocolate pudding, hot chocolate sauce
  • Eccles cakes and Lancashire cheese
