Three courses £12.95 including amuse-bouche and coffee, side dishes £1.75 per dish

Amuse-bouche

Starters

  • Confit duck, chorizo and pak choy salad, plum
  • Smoked mackerel pate, salsa verde, sourdough croutes
  • Parsnip soup, home baked bread (v)

Mains

  • Cider braised pig cheeks, Granny Smith puree, pork jus
  • Whole Guinea fowl ballontine, spinach, Madeira jus
  • Salmon en croute, lobster sauce
  • Mixed bean and tomato ragout, poached egg (v)

Desserts

  • White chocolate panna cotta, roast Yorkshire rhubarb
  • Warm ginger parkin, cider caramel sauce
  • Lime and pineapple cheesecake, tropical fruit salsa

Sides

  • Honey roast parsnips
  • Braised red cabbage
  • Mashed potato, gruyere and garlic crumb
  • Chateau potato
  • Celeriac gratin
