Thursdays, 4.00pm – 8:00pm

Three courses £12.95 including amuse-bouche and coffee, side dishes £1.75 per dish

Amuse-bouche

Starters

  • Duck spring rolls, sweet chili sauce
  • Leek and potato soup, wild garlic pesto
  • Creamed mushroom choux bun (v)

Mains

  • Osso bucco, risotto milanese, gremolata (v)
  • Chicken breast, wild garlic mousse, thyme veloute
  • Oven baked whole Plaice, salsa verde
  • Asparagus, wrapped and chargrilled with Parma ham, poached egg, hollandaise sauce

Desserts

  • Glazed lemon tart, raspberry coulis, fresh raspberries
  • Chocolate and hazelnut brownie, coffee ice cream
  • Mrs Kirkham’s’ Lancashire cheese, blue stilton, pepper crackers, oatcakes

Sides

  • Buttered asparagus
  • Peas á la française
  • Buttered new potatoes
  • Patas bravas
  • Mixed leaf salad
